• IDEAL FOR WALLS WITH CONDENSATION OR MOISTURE, this coating is very breathable, has a high permeability to water vapor, which means that they allow moisture to escape from the substrate, has a high pH (12) preventing condensation problems development of mircroorganisms, etc., and avoiding damage to the structure
• HOW TO USE, Apply on a support with an age of at least 4 weeks. Protect adjacent surfaces to avoid splashing (product with a lot of adhesion to porous supports). Apply with brush, short hair roller or with air-less gun. In case of supports with low adhesion, remove loose parts and pre-apply TECPINT CONSOLIDANT TO SILICATE. Stir with electric mixer or non-circular stick in original bucket before applying for a few minutes.
• Apply two coats by spreading the paint, leaving no thick layers, allow to dry a minimum of 12 h between coats. Do not apply on a hot wall or with direct incidence of the sun. Do not apply in strong wind. Do not apply below 5ºC or in case of night frosts.Do not apply on wet walls. Use safety glasses.If you are going to apply on unpainted plaster, give a hand of TECPINT PRIMER PRIMER GEL or TECPINT PRIMER GEL previously.APPLICATION ON PAINTS: Apply TECPINT CONSOLIDANT TO SILICATE previously
