• ELASTIC AND DURABLE: The Hausa Aquarium and Glassilikon HS050 is a special elastic acetate sealant, designed for the sealing, gluing and durable and strong assembly of aquariums, terrariums and other glass constructions. HS050 silicone sealant offers excellent mechanical properties and UV resistance. It is highly resistant to algae, salt water, as well as alkaline and acid vapors, ensuring permanently waterproof connections.
• VERSATILE APPLICATION: HS050 silicone adhesive offers excellent adhesion on all smooth surfaces such as glass, ceramic tiles, aluminum, ceramic, enamel, PVC, PS, wood, clay tiles, etc. HS050 aquarium silicon is not only suitable for aquarium construction, but also for other applications: sealing between glass and aluminum, gluing and sealing expansion joints, display cases, shop windows, screens, cable ducts, cooling systems, ventilation, heating and air conditioning.
• FAST AND SAFE: HS050 bond adhesive offers exceptional adhesion and extremely fast curing, allowing for fast workflows and projects. In addition, it is resistant to aging and permanently waterproof. Completely cured, Hausa aquarium sealant poses no threat to fish, reptiles and amphibians, thus ensuring maximum safety. The product complies with ISO 11600:2004, F&G;20LM and EN 15651-2:2012 G-CC standards.
• TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Application temperature: +5 - +40 °C; Temperature resistance: -50 - +180 (205) °C; Creation time of a skin layer: 5-30 min; Processing time: 5-15 min; Healing duration: 2-3 mm/24 h. Aquarium & Glassilikon HS050 is suitable for gluing aquariums according to the guidelines of DIN 32622 (not larger than 200x60x60 cm). Aquariums that are made entirely of glass and whose water amount exceeds 300L should be structurally reinforced, for example, by a circumferential frame.
