• HOW TO USE 1: Dilute with 5% water and mix well before use; on very porous surfaces dilute the first layer to 10-20%. 2; Removes old paint with poor adhesion from the surface to be treated. 3; Clean the surface by removing dust and other dirt. 4; on weak or powdery surfaces, print with Water Fixer ref. 3332 before painting.
